Warranty
Every piece we sell is covered. Furniture frames are guaranteed for ten years; electronics carry their manufacturer's warranty, handled by us.

The guarantee covers defects in materials and workmanship in normal domestic use. It doesn't cover wear, staining, or damage from misuse.
Electronics
Televisions carry a five-year warranty; laptops, audio, phones and accessories carry two to three years. The period is shown on every product page. If something goes wrong, call us — we arrange the repair or replacement with the manufacturer so you don't have to.
Making a claim
- Email amaanifands@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the problem and a couple of photos.
- We'll respond within two working days with next steps.
- Furniture repairs are usually carried out in your home by our technician.
