Returns

If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back. We collect furniture and large items ourselves.

What can be returned

  • Any item in unused condition with its original packaging, within 30 days of delivery.
  • Electronics must be complete, with all accessories, and not registered to an account.
  • Made-to-order furniture (bespoke fabrics or sizes) can only be returned if faulty.

How to start a return

  1. Email amaanifands@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
  2. We'll reply within one working day with a returns reference and, for large items, a collection date.
  3. Small items can be posted back with the prepaid label we send you.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the card used at the time of your telephone payment, within five working days of the item arriving back with us. Delivery charges are refunded when an item is faulty or not as described.

Faulty items

If a product develops a fault within its guarantee period, contact us first — most issues are solved with a replacement part or a visit from our furniture technician, without you having to send anything back.
