Delivery
We deliver across mainland UK. Furniture and large screens arrive with two people who carry them to the room you choose and take the packaging away.

Each product page shows its own estimate. We confirm a delivery date with you by phone once payment has been taken.
How payment works
We don't take card payments on the website. When you place an order we generate your invoice straight away and a member of our team calls you, usually within one working day, to take payment securely by telephone through our Worldpay-approved process. Nothing is charged until that call.
Your order is reserved from the moment it's placed. If we can't reach you within three working days we'll email to rearrange.
On the day
- You'll receive a two-hour window the evening before.
- Furniture is unwrapped, assembled where needed and placed in the room you choose.
- Tell us in your order notes about stairs, narrow doorways or parking restrictions so we can plan the crew.
Scottish Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland
We deliver to these areas on a longer lead time and may need to quote separately for furniture. Call us before ordering and we'll confirm.
